JRC-100 is designed for removing rust and dissolving the metal oxide layers without metal corrosion. So it makes possible the surface oxide cleaning of precision parts. It has the chemical properties that could be thoroughly remove rust, carbon deposit , oxide deposit than conventional inorganic acid (HCl, H2SO4, HNO3) in short time. It functions metal protection and serves rust protective effect for one month at least. It even shows perfect performance in low temperature conditions. It's also effective to protect the surface cleansed. As it gets high solubility especially for rust on the surface of paint, it easily removes the rust. It has never any effective reaction with the paint. It is safe to the human body and can decrease gas generation and environment pollution remarkably.

      1) It must be eliminated the excess covered oil or grease on the metal before working.
      2) Choose proper working method according to cleaning object (dip, brush, spray)
         ¨ç Dipping :
             After dip about 5~30minute, directly dry without rinse. Working in vessels like plastics,
             rubber, stainless.
         ¨è Brushing :
            When cleaning object is small or partial cleaning is needed, wet the surface with brush
            or soft cloths. After 10~20minute wipe out smoothly
         ¨é Spray :
            It is suitable when dip or brush working is difficult . Uses low pressure spray JRC-100
            with cleaning object up to down. Spray carefully joint part, welding part, minute crack
            part. JRC-100 has good surface penetration. After 20~30minute, rinse with water and dry.
      3) After treat JRC-100 and dry perfectly, it is possible to paint
